Construction of an export terminal for grains and sunflower oil with a total capacity of 80 thousand tons

Short description of the object: Export terminal of grain cargoes and sunflower oil. Total nominal capacity 80 000 tons of storage.

Location: Chernomorsk, Odessa region.

Complex of works:

2012 - Grain terminal with cargo turnover of 4 500 000 tons per year - development of feasibility study

2015 -2016. The first stage: design of a working project: "Expansion of the bulk cargo base. Construction of silos for storage of food products of oilseeds processing ". Supply and installation of AGI (Twister) silos with a total capacity of 80,000 tons (13 pcs.), delivery and installation of HIRoller conveyors. Installation of technological equipment for loading and unloading storage silos: assembly of conveyors, bucket elevators, manufacturing and installation of lined gravity equipment, installation of bunker scales from Compuweigh, assembling of BATCO conveyors, commissioning.

2016-2017 The second stage: Design: "Construction of a universal warehouse № 2". Construction of a car unloading station. Delivery and assembly of conveyors, bucket elevators, manufacturing and installation of lined gravity equipment, installation of bunker scales from Compuweigh.

2018 The third stage: construction of the station for unloading railway transport № 2 (author's supervision). Delivery and installation of technological equipment, delivery and assembly of conveyors, bucket elevators, manufacturing and installation of lined gravity equipment. Construction of a sea  transport gallery, located at: Odessa region., Chernomorsk, ul. Transportnaya, land plot 2.
